Kate Baylay’s exquisite illustrations feature sinister subject matter executed with a masterful use of line and colour. She draws inspiration from sources such as Russian fairy tales, early 20th century literature and Roald Dahl. Her work manages to be enchanting and dark simultaneously, which is all the more impressive considering she only graduated a short few months ago.

LoveAgency had this great idea of showing the reader becoming the protagonist of the novel by aligning the book cover with the face. I’m also impressed with the hand-drawn typography which beautifully complements the campaign, which was made for the bookstore Mint Vinetu.
